What is the return policy?
Since this is a “Print on Demand” store, there are no returns unless items are damaged or defective.

Grace Spirit Shop is a print on demand store, there are no exchanges unless items are damaged or defective.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
On damaged or defective items, the Grace Spirit Shop will contact the print shop regarding your order and ask for replacement or refund based on issue. Any problem with products must be reported within 30 days of product delivery along with the required photo proof and order confirmation email.
What if I want to request a refund?
Refunds are only granted on damaged or defective items. Customers will need to contact the Grace Spirit Shop regarding the order and request a refund based on the issue. Any problem with products must be reported within 30 days of product delivery along with the required photo proof and order confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to Grace Spirit Shop being a “Print on Demand” store, once orders are submitted and sent to the print shop orders cannot be changed or canceled. In certain instances, the Spirit shop might be able to change or cancel an order ONLY if it hasn’t been accepted by the print shop. In those cases, the customer will need to contact the Spirit shop immediately and we will handle on a case-by-case bases. The Spirit shop cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled or changed once we are contacted.
Can I change my order?

What if my order is lost in transit or invalid address was given?
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, if an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued. Customers need to contact the Grace Spirit Shop regarding process.
What if I order the wrong size or color?
The Grace Spirit Shop will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color.
How can I choose the correct size?
Each product on the Spirit Shop offers a sizing guide. Compare your measurements to the relevant size chart to find your size. If your measurements fall between two sizes and you want a looser fit, you can order a larger size. If you want to go for a tighter fit, it is recommended to order the smaller size.
Do the products run big or small?
Gildan apparel items can run slightly bigger to some. Our apparel items offers a sizing guide, please review before making your selections.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping can range from $5.00-$10.00. The Grace Spirit Shop offers a flat $5.00 shipping fee unless customer buy embroidered items or PE Shorts then an additional $5.00 shipping fee will be added due to the fulfillment process.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping can normally take 7 -10 business days to receive. Once you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation email with shipping confirmation and tracking information on your order. Some products could arrive separately due to fulfillment location.

Yes, customers will receive a tracking notification once your package has been shipped.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, customer can buy gift cards on the Spirit Shop.

How can I receive updates on new products?
Customers can join the email subscriber list on the Spirit Shop by entering their email address on “Follow on Shop”. Customers will be able to receive notification of new items, sale items and upcoming sales.
